On the 29th
June 2012 The Independent Theater presented its play, ‘Feather Picking’ in London,
the theater room of the North Bridge House Senior School.
Judit
Durst, a colleague of the inviter organization, Badur Foundation, said it’s
very important that the children of the middle-class parents of London face the
discrimination law cases and hate crimes related to Roma and non-Roma
youngsters presented in the play.
Before the
play there was a flash mob made by the performers of the ‘Feather Picking’ and the
play was followed by a meeting with the audience. The play was performed with English
subtitles made by Miklós Horváth.
